Once you have completed the online purchase for your medications, please mail the original prescription(s) OR have your doctor fax a copy to toll-free at +1-888-530-56888. The fax system is HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliant and your information will go securely on to a processing team where your Doctor’s valid prescription will be reviewed by a Canadian Doctor and dispensed by our Canadian Online Pharmacy.

If you are placing a refill order, you will not be required to send the original prescription. This process allows you to take the worry out of refilling orders, your personal Customer Service Agent will also call you to remind you of any upcoming orders to be refilled.
