Dosage and administration
- Your doctor will determine the right dosage of Isoxsuprine for you. Don’t adjust your dosage without consulting them.
- Isoxsuprine comes in tablets. The usual dose for poor blood circulation in adults is 10-20mg taken 3-4 times a day.
- If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. But if it’s close to your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Don’t take a double dose.
Side effects
- Isoxsuprine may cause side effects. Tell your doctor right away if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, fast heartbeat, shortness of breath, or skin rash.
- You may also experience nausea or vomiting, but these are less common and usually go away as your body adjusts to the medication.
